I'm (quite very much) in favor of having such a meeting in March, cause IMO a
dedicated QA meeting is very useful at the beginning of the release-cycle
(now is the time to clean up and prepare things...) and also because a
QA-meeting at DebConf would more "fragmented" (lots of things happening at
the same time, ie I would probably not really attend but being busy with
video, etc). I'd like a QA track with a day of taks and discussions at
DebConf though.

Basically I already commented on option 1+3 above :-) Option 2, a day meeting
doesnt really work for those who have to travel to Paris from further than
the subburbs ;)
So basically I'm in favor of just doing the meeting as planned. IME even a
meeting of just a few dedicated people can make a huuuge impact! And I
actually dont think only a few people will attend...
For personal reasons I still cannot commit myself to attending. If possible,
I'll attend for sure! Lots of stuff to do for piuparts too :-)
