You know, it's not really your call to decide... I will leave the bug open, but it's unlikely that anybody will act on it. The benefit is minimal and not worth having a QA-specific Apache configuration, and IMO it's not worth asking the system administrators to implement it. I'm sure you can find some more productive ways to improve Debian.
