No, sorry. Having BTS and DAK mails do more hops than strictly necessary does not sound like a good idea. We are seeing enough stuff lost between DAK and lists and BTS and lists already. I would not want to force people to have an additional point of failure. It is easy enough to filter out these two classes mail and forward the remainder to whoever, so changing ftp-master and bugs should not be a precondition.
