AFAIK currently it shows LowNMU with a link to the wiki page for all packages you maintain if you are listed on the wiki page as it was free text format. Though it does make sense to change that to comply with the new 'official' format that knows about 'except' etc. btw if you want a co-maintainer of base-passwd, I'm happy to help out.
