I really don't think that it is a good idea. I agree that a cross-distro
effort to share patches would be a good thing, but let's not
over-engineer this now: let's write a debian-specific solution, and then
discuss this with other distros.

I don't think it's a good idea either. The discussion about patches
should happen at a single place (and the best place for that is probably
a bug tracking system, like upstream's if the bug was forwarded)
