Currently, the lists of failures are commited to the collab-qa SVN repo,
so anyone with access to it can annotate them. Wotomae looks great, but
I'm a bit reluctant to change the workflow (again).

It would be better to try wotomoe on a one-time thing first. Many people
were interested on #debian-qa at looking at packages that fail to build
when built twice (build ; clean ; clean). I think that it would be
better to give wotomae a try on that.
