For bugs this would be most useful if it could be integrated with the BTS somehow. Usertags I guess - something like having the date set as a tag for the username that sends out the mails, for example. That would allow the information to be exposed via the web interface as well. -- "You grabbed my hand and we fell into it, like a daydream - or a fever."
