Orphaned packages do have the QA group as maintainer, everyone can take care of
them, you dont need to "nmu" them (with sending diffs to the BTS etc..), simply
go ahead and create an QA upload (set the first changelog entry to "* QA
Upload", or use dch --qa), then find a sponsor for it and youre done. Sending
patches helps aswell but doesn't ensure it ends up in the archive.
