I'm not sure how to proceed here. I've checked the debian devel ref: http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ch-pkgs.en.html#s-removing-pkgs Do I now just file a bug on ftp.debian.org? I previously failed to mention that the removal of electric would assist resolving the RC bug #300421. So it's urgent.
