I just wanted to report the bogus "( bugs: , , , )" string. The quoted sentence doesn't contain further information (I just tried to export an Subversion archive which failed because of an old version. I know that version 1.3 exists since months, so I visited the page to identify blockers which prevent the transistion of 1.3 into testing).
