I think you changed it, at least, I don't recall that I changed it :-p. I might be wrong of course, and simply forgot. The exception is for katie mail, and not for general incoming news mail. Even so, I think the DOS potential isn't very big, not bigger than the current DOS potential as we witnessed with the start of the testing watch -- even though that's now pretty much not an issue anymore.
