I quite like the idea; it'll give links to the bugs, to avoid having to search for them, and makes it more obvious on casual inspection the status of the package; for the same reason that the PTS shows "This package has an wnpp entry" information, it causes a "blocked by" link on the bugs.d.o/package page, which would otherwise have no indicator of the existence of the removal bug.
