I created http://wiki.debian.org/QA/Activities to have the list and entered the data given in this thread so far. I hope I got everything right, please check and fix. Also add anything that is missing, of course. There is also the main page http://wiki.debian.org/QA that can be used if we need more QA related wiki pages (directly on that page, or as subpages, like the Activities page).
