You missed a few. Anyway, as far as I can see, all of those packages were removed as they are no longer built by any source package (i.e. the archive contained obsolete binary packages for them - for example, the apps-wrappers binary package used to be created by the gworkspace source package, but was renamed to gworkspace-apps-wrappers in the 0.6.5-2 package; hence the old 0.6.5-1 apps-wrappers binary package was removed from unstable).
