The bug report states that *this* release is not GPL. The fact that airstrike's faq on their website states the game is GPL is not sufficient. We don't know to which version the GPL applies. To be GPL, the sources should have been distributed with the license statement. No statement, no GPL license. The pre6 version is effectively GPL, and the package should be upgraded, but the pre4 version is non-free. If this bug is minor, then I need someone to explain me the DFSG again, as it seems I missed the point. Raphael
