Package: qa.debian.org Severity: minor With changelogs etc. now being in UTF-8, packages.qa.debian.org is incorrectly displaying some maintainers' names; although they are valid UTF-8, the package pages specify ISO-8859-1 in a <meta> element, and the HTTP headers fail to specify a character set.
