Gutenbrowser is currently in non-US (but shouldn't be), and hasn't had a maintainer upload since 2001. It's accumulating bugs and doesn't seem to work particularly well.
Its maintainer appears to have only the name "Viral". Some of the other packages by the maintainer at least claim that the maintainer is "Viral Shah". But they indicate that the maintainer is MIA: ent: One upload, in 2001 (but appears bug-free -- if anyone's using it) gutenbook: last upload in 2002, year-old crashing bug intel-rng-tools: last upload in 2002 lsadb: No upload in history of PTS, never built?!? mps: Last maintainer upload in 2002 pdfscreen: Last upload in 2002. Year old spelling error bugs. xmms-singit: Last maintainer upload in 2002 So I suggest the following course of action: 1. See if Viral actually exists anymore. If not,... 2. Mark him MIA/emeritus. 3. Orphan all his packages and reassign to QA. 4. Remove gutenbrowser from testing. 5. Consider removing gutenbrowser from unstable. -- Nathanael Nerode <neroden at gcc.gnu.org> http://home.twcny.rr.com/nerode/neroden/fdl.html
