Shouldn't libsdl-mm0.1 be simply removed from the distribution? No
other packages depend on it, it has an RC-bug (C++ transition), and
upstream seems to be dead, too (latest release 0.1.8 August 13, 2001,
only three postings to their mailing-list in 2002 and 2003).

tbm has orphaned (#192683) the package about a month ago, the
maintainer was MIA.
If people think it should really be kept, I can make a simple upload
making the C++ transition and setting maintainer to QA.
