On the build excuses pages from Igor links to bug pages are not encoded correctly. For example, following the "is buggy" link for libstdc++5-dev on http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?excuse=gcc-3.2 yields a "this package is not known" page. This is because the plus signs in the package name are not encoded as "%2b". You should probably encode all characters outside the range [a-zA-Z0-9] using this method. - Sebastian
