ssh-nonfree and ssh2 have been removed from Debian (see #149896) with consensus from debian-qa [0]. However, there are many open bugs. Can someone go through them and check if they apply to openssh; if yes, reassign; otherwise, close with a message that ssh2 is gone and that OpenSSH should be used.
