There were probably a few. There was one that'd list all the bugs over a month old that was posted monthly or so, although I'm pretty sure the script's broken now. The output's almost certainly too long to be useful, though. I think, ummm, bcwhite?, used to send out RC bug reminders semi-regularly during the freeze too; I seem to remember the "What's this spam??" flamewars about it anyway...
