I reported a grave bug against woody 6 days ago (see

), but I don't got any answer.

don't file yet another grave bug report because a previous one didn't
get looked at !!

I have no idea what is going on but you may want to provide the
corresponding "good lines" that are appended in /var/log/messages
to see if anything in their content may explain that behaviour.
