Check the latest lintian report - it was updated just a couple of hours ago. FSSTND-dir-in-usr (9 packages, 9 tags) (That's icecast-server, vim, xitalk, and xserver-ggi.) I think that report is a bit broken, though. It's citing xitalk because of /usr/man, not /usr/doc, which is fine in itself, but it misses a lot of other packages that also use /usr/man. Hmm.
