Hello, I noticed your bugreport against xmailtool. This package was removed from Debian because no maintainer has been found for it since 1998. The package is still present in our "stable" distribution, but is no longer present in the "testing" or "unstable" distributions, and will not be part of the next release unless that situation changes.
Branden Robinson uploaded a version of xmailtool that fixes the bug you reported, but he did not elect to become the package's maintainer. That upload is currently waiting for ftp admin action in the Incoming queue. If you are interested in this package, then I encourage you to find a Debian maintainer for it, or to become one yourself.
