Hi, after upgrade to kde 2.2.1, which did not fix things, I investigated the bug a bit more.
It seems that not xmms-arts is at fault but artsd in combination with xmms, as the memory leak does also occur when I use the OSS Output plugin and start xmms with the artsdsp wrapper (artsd xmms). Strange enough, not other app than xmms has this memory leak, noatun is working fine. regards Dominik Bodi
