Please use http://base.debian.net instead of qa.d.o/base-bugs.html; the site is better structured and has more feature -- and the bug listing is actually updated (every 4 hours). :) http://base.debian.net/index.pmz?name=dpkg shows 2 RC bugs, as it should.
