Hi,
the xxgdb package contains this icon:
/usr/share/icons/mini.debug.xpm
However, its menu file (/usr/lib/menu/xxgdb) refers to
icon="mini.debug.xpm"
and fvwm does not find the icon because it is not in its
IconPath/PixmapPath (this is somewhat related to bug #34950). If you
do not want to change the icon location, you could put the complete
path in the menu file as a lot of other packages do:
icon="/usr/share/icons/mini.debug.xpm"
