To fix suck, just comment this line in get-news:
INNXMIT=${NEWSDIR}/bin/innxmit
and fix the path of rnews:
RNEWS=${NEWSDIR}/bin/rnews
BTW, I think the check at line 224 is wrong, ctlinnd should *always* be
called or outgoing articles will be lost.
