grafix1 should Conflicts+Replaces grafix, and grafix-dev should Conflicts
grafix.

Yes, it's not possible. APT can only make an educated guess...

That's right. But that's an ugly workaround for a feature that's missing in
the packaging system. I'd rather not do it...
