There is currently a discussion on debian-devel whether packages with a Standards-Version < 3.0 should be included in the release of woody. I talked to a couple of maintainers with packages with an old Standards-Version and some of them said that a problem is that there is no listing of changes between 2.x and 3.2. Although there is the changelog of the Policy, this information is not very helpful.
Would anyone be interested in compiling a listing of changes together with some basic instructions, so it's easier for other maintainers to update their packages? -- Martin Michlmayr [EMAIL PROTECTED]
