Package: realplayer
Version: 7.0.2.2

Upgrading realplayer (apt-get upgrade), I got prompted to download
rp7_linux20_libc6_i386_b2_rpm. However, when I visited the web site,
I was only able to download rp7_linux20_libc6_i386_cs1_rpm.

So, I felt forced to leave realplayer unconfigured.

This mucks with apt, so I decided to uninstall the installer,
using dpkg -r. This removed my existing realplayer installation.

Shouldn't the installer leave the binaries in place until it's purged?

Alternatively, shouldn't there be a better option for dealing with this
case?

The current mechanism sucks.

Thanks,
