Package: libhtml-embperl-perl

I would suggest that the documentation from HTML::Embperl was provided
within
the package also in HTML format as placed in http://perl.apache.org/embperl. I
am not
going to enter a discussion wether or not man pages are enough, but HTML is
Debian's
prefered documentation format.
Thus, I would create a new -doc package which would provide the
contents (the
pod files) as html pages browseable offline, OR dump the URL given above and
provide
it as a package (the information in that site provides also examples which are
not
provided by these package).
