Great ! Then we only need to install woody's fetchmail in potato in order
to correct those bugs. Because potato has only 5.2.3-1 ...

I've found a mail from the fetchmail maintainer in the BTS which dates
back to 4 Mar 2000.

Paul, why do you never respond to bug reports ? Why did you never respond
to Richard Braakman mail about release critical bugs ? Because of those 2
things we can read this in the RCB list :

|Package: fetchmail (debian/main).
|Maintainer: Paul Haggart <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
|[HELP] Maintainer is not responding.
| Someone should take over the package. (RB)
| 43139 fetchmail flushed after failed delivery
|[WAITING] Maintainer was contacted on Dec 12, awaiting reply.
| 50990 fetchmail: mail was fetched and deleted from server but never sent to
local MTA
|[WAITING] Maintainer was contacted on Dec 12, awaiting reply.

Will you upload fetchmail 5.3.3 to potato RSN ? Do you want someone else
to do it ? Do you still want to maintain fecthmail ? If yes, then please
try to be more responsive and more "active" in your job, it's not
acceptable to have release critical bugs on packages for more than
20 days ...

Check from time to time this page to know what bugs you still have to
correct :
