No, I think this is correct. perl5 is a _virtual_ package; there is no one package named perl5. However, perl-5.005 and perl-5.004 both provide the virtual package perl5. sysutils needs either of those perls, so it depends on perl5. There _is_ no package called simply "perl" any more.
