Hi, I can't reproduce your problem with dotfile-tcsh 1.4-3. Please e-mail me/us the output of this command on your machine:
dpkg -l "tk*.*" "tcl*.*" | grep ^.i
This might just be another tcl/tk 8.2 incompatibility...
