xmgr has some features that are not implemented in grace (yet). That is
why xmgr should not be removed during the installation of grace. Maybe
we can remove xmgr when grace implements all the xmgr stuff (probably
next year?). Grace is not only a name change, it is a cleaner GPL
version of the somewhat old xmgr which is a descendant from ace/gr.
