Your package suggests perl which does no more exist. You should suggests
perl5 instead.
I set it to important since dselect will ask if perl can be removed since
cgi-scripts still suggests it. And it shouldn't ask.
Please correct your package rapidly. I may NMU your package in one week if
it's not corrected until there ...
