Subject: ispell: ispell's German dictionary should permit iso-latin1 characters
when in TeX mode
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
X-Mailer: bug 3.1.5

Package: ispell
Version: 3.1.20-0.2

In TeX mode, ispell is currently expecting TeX's various 7-bit
representations of iso-latin1 characters. This is non-satisfactory
since many TeX users will rely on the inputenc package and enter
iso-latin characters verbatim.
