This is an assumption that anacron makes about the time.  I believe I have this
fixed but was never able to find a user to guinea pig it.  Looks like you just
volunteered (-:  When I get my computer working on Monday, please send me an
e-mail reminding me to put my anacron package where you can get to it.  Send me
the message on say Tuesday A.M.
