Subject: Overzealous installation of documentation into binary package

This package installs a file INSTALL[.gz] into its doc directory. This file
appears to contain nothing more than instructions for compiling and
installing the program. I don't believe that this information is generally
of interest to an end user, if they want to compile the package, this file
is available in the source.
