I just noticed (by accident) that bugs #16474 #16475 of mcvert have been
closed--but without any message saying why.
#16474: lacks binary-arch target
-- this bug seems to be fixed with 2.16-4
#16475: mcvert is not DFSG free
-- this bug seems _NOT_ to be fixed--why was it closed??
(the bug tracking page also lists a info mail from "Rett"
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> which appears to be empty)
Until this is resolved, I reopen #16475.
Please specify some reasons when you close a bug next time.
