Yes, anyway it looks like I was wrong. dak/katie has been modified for the PTS but that was not to get a copy of the "Accepted" mail but other mails generated by it IIRC. I just subscribed the PTS to debian-changes in order to get all those mails too. I'm thus closing the associated bug too.
