Hi, after looking at the bug-report and the cvs-package itself, I would suggest that we downgrade the severity of this bug-report. The submitter has mentioned two bugs. The first warn is just a warning-message. This is not good behaviour for a debian-package, but definitely not release-critical. And if you look at the description of the second bug he mentiones, you will see that the submitter has played with the software itself. So this is not the normal case and behaviour of a user. We should try to find a way to work around such a problem, but as this is special case, I would suggest downgrading the bug-severity to normal.
