Please remove pytzdata from Debian. One of Debian's tzdata maintainers got pytzdata removed a year ago from Ubuntu because it has a copy of tzdata that needs to be continually updated. Also, Python 3.9 has zoneinfo in the standard library for time zone handling. pytzdata was orphaned in 2024.
