Package: apt-xapian-index Version: 0.53 Severity: important File: /usr/bin/axi-cache
Dear Maintainer, axi-cache(1) from apt-xapian-index requires python3-six, however it does not depend on it. Unless python3-six is installed manually or as dependency of another installed package, running axi-cache fails: ``` root@1d2b1e719507:/# axi-cache -h Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/axi-cache", line 32, in <module> from six import StringIO ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'six' ``` Thanks, Thomas Schneider -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.11 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.14.9-300.fc42.x86_64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: unable to detect Versions of packages apt-xapian-index depends on: ii python3 3.11.2-1+b1 ii python3-apt 2.6.0 ii python3-debian 0.1.49 ii python3-xapian 1.4.22-1 apt-xapian-index recommends no packages.
