The documentation from http://cdbs-doc.duckcorp.org/ should be merged
into the CDBS package. This was discussed in the mailing list[1]. I'm
filing a bug report to track the issue.

A summary of what needs to be done:

1. Convert the manual to markdown.
2. Merge the appropriate sections of the duckcorp manual into the
official one.
