Dear maintainers,

Compiling the libextractor failed for loong64 in the Debian Package Auto-Building environment. The reason is the lack of loongarch64 support in debian/libextractor-plugins-misc.install.
The error log is as follows,
```
......
  dh_missing -a
dh_missing: warning: usr/lib/loongarch64-linux-gnu/libextractor/libextractor_elf.so exists in debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
dh_missing: error: missing files, aborting
```
The full build log can be found at https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=libextractor&ver=1%3A1.13-4&arch=loong64.

I have added the loongarch64 support to the libextractor source package. And built successfully on my local ENV.
Please consider the patch I attached.
If you have any questions, you can contact me at any time.

thanks,
Dandan Zhang
