Hello, would it be possible to change the base of the clipit package to this newer fork? https://github.com/CristianHenzel/ClipIt The clipit 1.4.4+git20190202-2 version has a number of major bugs, like selecting the wrong item from history, and it comes with that weird /usr/bin/ redirect to Diodon. The CristianHenzel fork is what most other Linux distros use for their Clipit package. I installed the version 1.4.5+git20210313-1bionicppa1 for Ubuntu on my Debian Stable system, and it works much better than the Debian version. Clipit is an extremely important utility for my workflow, and for the Cinnamon or Mate or Budgie desktop environments there are really no other options for a clipboard manager with a long and editable history manager option, I've tried them all.
