The current packaging licensing (GPL-2) is incompatible with upstream licensing (MIT). It is a hampering condition to submit patches from Debian to upstream. I am adopting the package and I intend to change the packaging licensing to MIT. I will wait 15 days to know if anyone has any objections. Cheers, mt
