This was fixed in src:jackd2 1.9.10+20150825git1ed50c92~dfsg-4 and is fixed since the 1.0.2-1+b1 binNMU of libsoundio1, which now depends on libjack-jackd2-0 (>= 1.9.10+20150825) | libjack-0.125 and libjack0 1:0.125.0-2 (which provides libjack-0.125) also has the jack_set_port_rename_callback symbol.
